Hello Everyone,


We need your help, We (My Partners and I) need your opinions and suggestions on a few things.

The more detailed information you are willing to provide the more we can improve on our services (coming soon) in the near future.

When it comes to Haitian own businesses I think we can all agree on one thing, which is the Customer service.

we are working on a project in which we would like to avoid the common made mistakes.

We are not only targeting the Haitian market but other neighbors of the community as well.

It's been long overdue, everyone familiar with my work has been asking me to open a bakery/patisserie serving the community; which will offer an array of bake goods other then bread, pate, and the water down AK100.


What I would like from you is your opinions and suggestions on what your ideal Haitian (French) Bakery/Patisserie should be like.


1.when you walk into a Haitian bakery what is the first thing that usually catches your attention?
please indicate if positive or negative and what you would do to change it


2.Thinking back on your last trip to the bakery, how was the setting (image) of the place?

would you improve it or live it as it was?

if you and a colleague was taking a coffee break, would you seat down until it was time for you to return to work? if not,why not?

3.What was the welcome like?

4. How were the bake goods presented? Did they look appetizing? Did you care?

5.Do you ever wonder in what condition the bake goods are prepared? Do you care?

6.How important is the cleanliness of the shop to you?

7.Have you been to any other bakeries/Patisseries other then Haitians?

what was that experience like? can you compare the two, from customer svc. to products?
